About Us Here at Canal Cargo we want you to be happy with our service. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us through the contact form.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our pages and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the 'shopping basket'. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment through Hsbc secure e payments secure servers. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or payments direct from your bank through the Internet. Contact us for more information.

Shipping And Handling UK orders up to 1 Kilo in total weight will be sent via letter post. Orders over this weight will be sent by parcel post. Overseas orders will be sent by the most appropriate method. You will see the actual charges before you purchase.
Delivery Schedule We will acknowledge your order as soon as we receive it giving despatch details. If we have your goods in stock, we will send your order the same day or the next working day. Normal delivery time is up to 3 working days after sending. Delivery of international orders will be dependent on carriers and destination but should not take more than 2 weeks. If the item is not in stock, there may be a few day's delay before despatch. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed under normal delivery arrangements. If your order is urgent or you need delivery by a specific date, please contact us for a special quotation.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you, delivery normally takes a few days extra.
Tax Charges No further charges will added to the sales price to cover Vat or Sales Tax

Returns Policy If you receive faulty goods please Email us on receipt and we will give you instructions about returning the item. We will send a replacement and refund your shipping costs.

If you wish to return goods for any reason other than the above please Email us and return the item within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be in perfect condition and any box, packing and accessories must be undamaged. You will need to pay the shipping costs. On receipt of the goods we will send a refund within 2 weeks.
